Who we are.

Farpoint Productions Ltd (Farpoint) is a media company that offers services in video production, video production equipment rentals, streaming services, film marketing and distribution online, and also video game development consultancy and project management (mostly in the localisation field). We’re based in the UK but produce and deliver content to domestic and international clients which is then consumed by audiences all over the globe. What Farpoint is not is the business of selling, sharing or renting data for any purpose whatsoever.

Types of data we collect.

  • We do not collect cookies. All cookie monsters please seek sustenance elsewhere!

  • When you visit our website (www.farpoint.productions), you do so anonymously. We use a third-party service in Google Analytics to collect anonymous data not linked to any personally identifiable data for the purposes of analysing visitor behaviour and numbers in order to improve our service and website user experience. Neither we nor Google have any data that can be used to identify you. Please note that Google’s Google Analytics service is GDPR complaint, too.

  • Any data we collect on you is data which you provide us with, for example when you contact us via our email address posted on our website. This may include your email address and your name, or as follows.

·      Personal identifiers, contacts and characteristics (for example, name and contact details)

  • We rarely (if ever) send out newsletters to clients and partners, but we never do so without express written permission from our clients and partners and collecting said data with that express purpose, and we always send out newsletters via a third-party provider that is also GDPR complaint.

Any personal information on you we collect and process is provided to us directly and solely by you. We use the information that you have given us in order to:
